Reporting directly to the Managing Director and leading Finance, Procurement, HR Administration, Payroll, Compliance, and Business Operations functions across the organization.
 Finance & Administration Leadership: Lead finance, procurement, HR administration, payroll processing, vendor coordination, office administration, and compliance activities supporting day-to-day business operations.
 Financial Reporting & MIS: Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities, and deliver comprehensive MIS reports to support management decision-making.
 Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead and coordinate Finance, Operations, and Administration teams to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and timely execution of business processes.
 Budgeting & Cash Flow Management: Coordinate annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning activities, cost monitoring, and cash flow planning initiatives to support business objectives.
 Credit Control & Working Capital: Manage working capital and the receivables portfolio, implementing effective credit control procedures to reduce overdue receivables, shorten collection cycles, and maximize cash flow availability.
 Audit & VAT Compliance: Coordinate annual statutory audits and manage auditor relationships while overseeing UAE VAT and Corporate Tax calculations, timely return filings, book reconciliations, and statutory regulatory compliance.
 Internal Controls & Governance: Strengthen internal accounting controls over petty cash parameters, supplier disbursement flows, and commercial invoicing processes to improve financial accuracy and control effectiveness.
 Procurement & Vendor Management: Develop supplier evaluation systems and coordinate procurement activities with vendors to optimize procurement costs and supplier performance.
 HR Administration & Payroll Management: Supervise end-to-end HR administration and monthly payroll processing through the Wage Protection System (WPS), including salary file preparation, employee records, leave administration, visa coordination, and compliance documentation.

Managed full-cycle accounting functions, financial reporting operations, and commercial payroll administration.
 Core Accounting: Managed complete accounting cycle including general ledgers, commercial invoicing, and monthly bank reconciliations.
 Financial Reporting & Tax: Prepared detailed financial statements, internal MIS reports, and statutory GST filings with full regulatory compliance.
 Cash & Payroll Control: Streamlined corporate payables, receivables management, and structured payroll systems to significantly improve working cash controls.

Handled core accounting, trade finance support, and inventory control for a high-volume consumer electronics and IT hardware trading enterprise.
 Ledger Management: Managed extensive creditors/debtors’ ledgers, high-SKU stock accounting, and complex asset reconciliation.
 Vendor Sourcing: Negotiated competitive vendor pricing and delivery structures ensuring optimized sourcing costs and minimal stock-outs.
 Logistics Coordination: Monitored dispatch operations and commercial supply chains to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment execution.

Procurement Related
