• Accountable as technology lead for two iDirect Hubs located in various teleports with 4500+ terminals, configuring then installing iDirect HUB line cards, NMS and PP.
• Strategically plan, evaluate and execute network maintenance and design activities.

• Produce Star and Mesh topology network design for ND Satcom Skywan technology.
• Configure and test RF components like ACUs, HPA, BUC, LNB, LNA & SSPA redundant control systems.
• Gained experience with GSM modems like cradlepoint and Robustel to provide data connectivity over GSM.
