As a travel desk sales consultant I was responsible for offereing and booking all type of leisure and tour packages to the guest on their request. I have been doing this job for almost 5 years or more and have mastered all the techniques to sell or upsell the tailor made packages to all different nationality guests. this ulitimatly help hotel generate more business and upsell incentives to the staff selling respectively.

As a front office senior and Shift Incharge I am capabale and responsible of handling all the day to day operation and smooth running of department which includes.
✓ Checking all the reservation details and emails either from client directly or thru the booking agents.
✓ Offering suitable packages and rates according to the running season and hotel's occupancy demands.
✓ Dealing with corporate companys and travel agencies for any matter clearification or changes needed to be done.
✓ Receiving guest comments and follow up with Front office manager or the G.M
✓ Allocating rooms and taking note of needs and request of each and every customer visiting regularly or for the first time.
✓ Checking and approving the billing instructions in advance to Ensure not to lose any kind of revenue for the company and to avoid any last minute embarisments
✓ Giving insturtion to all the related departments and staff including (Night Auditors)

As a sales agent I have to report directly for Sales and Marketing Manager respctivly for
