• Well experienced in handling of Production plant control room operations including Separation &
stabilization Gas compression & dehydration, well head operation & gas lift, water injection and utilities.
• Monitor the process plant through the control room panels to identify abnormal operating conditions of
systems and equipment.
• Guiding production operators to perform maneuvers and check equipment, vessels and systems.
• Carrying lead function which involves supervision, training coordination and mentoring production operator.
• Responsible for control room operations to ensure minimum downtime and maximum efficiency
• Adhere to the companys HSE policy, standards, and approved operating procedures.
• Report to production supervisor of any potential hazardous situation or changes in operating conditions and
implement any actions as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with SOP and guidelines to ensure operational safety and plant integrity.
• Ability to operate various devices, including control devices and valves, and to know the effect of each
maneuver on the behavior of the system and the process as a whole.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize process parameters (Level, flow, temperature, pressure, etc.) within
operating requirements, Act as an interface between operation and work party.
• Well versed with start up the wellhead & processing plant after long shutdown & emergency shutdown and
verification of start-up procedures.
• Maintaining produced water disposal quality within the accepted company policy.
• Isolation preparation with ALARP methodology and any additional SSI.
• Effective implementation of the PTW based on work scope and ensuring JSA is as per the standard.
• Ensuring periodic changeover of standby equipments (Separation Trains, Pumps, HE, coolers, IAC).
• Effectively prepare and analyze DPR and maintain isolation registers and F&G override register.
• Carry out the duties and tasks as specified in the Emergency Response Plan.
• Active member of the Incident Free Champion program. Safety first culture.

• Ensure process plant and equipments are in good and operable conditions to maintain reliability of the plant.
• Check and record in the plant log sheet readings such as oil and gas flow rate, temperature and pressure and
record unusual occurrences.
• Inform control room about any defects or anomalies in equipments or asset.
• Co-relate visual inspection and data readings to identify production malfunctions or failures within the
plant/process/equipments and carry-out first-line corrections fault identification, investigation of defect on
the equipments.
• Implement isolation, deisolation, depressurizing, flushing and purging procedure for maintenance activity.
• Re-initiating all systems and associated equipment following a unit trip, PSD or plant ESD.
• Toolbox talk (TBT) prior to activity, regular checks till activity completion. Any change in surrounding,
activity is stopped and reassessed with confirmation from leads.
• Operating 2-Phase & 3-Phase separators with smooth start-up and shutdown operation.
• Prepare and operation of high-capacity crude export pump, crude oil booster pump and experienced in Gas
Dehydration unit (TEG)
• Pig receiving and pig launching using interlock system.
• Experience in unmanned well head tower operation. Perform WIMS operation, well (DHSV) equalization.
• Handover wellhead tower to rig/barge for drilling and work over activity.
• Conducting Well Test through Multi phase Flow Meter (MPFM) and test separator.
• Experience in centrifugal gas compressor and booster gas compressor.
• Experience in Heating medium, cooling medium system, Waste heat recovery unit (WHRU).
• Experience in water injection system (Fine filtration, De-oxygenation column, Liquid ring vacuum pump).
• Experience in produced water treatment.
• Experience in solid treatment package, Electro chlorination package and related utilities system.
• Responsible for carrying assigned operation according to standard operating procedure.
• Emergency Response Team Member as designated in the event of emergency situations.
• Emphasis on proper housekeeping practices for a safe working environment.

• Well versed in topside production operation and safety system to maintain trouble free operation.
• Experience in well fluid separation process and

• Monitoring performance of the facilities, troubleshooting, reporting operational abnormalities and implement
the corrective measures independently during TBT.
• Reporting any anomalies in the equipment like abnormal to CCR & corrective action wherever possible.
• Experience in wellhead operation and sea water system.
• Millipore test to check the injection water quality, flushing of chlorination units
• Experienced in Instrument Air Compressor, dryer package, N2 package, sewage treatment, Reverse osmosis.
• Optimization by adjustments, line-up systems for day-to-day operations activities.
• Conducting EDG and Fire water pump test run on weekly basis.
• Experience in operation of fire extinguisher like foam, DCP, CO2 extinguisher.
• Experience in F&G system such as sprinkler system, deluge valve, fire hydrant and monitor.
