MY RESPONSIBILITIES AT BYCO PETROLEUM:

Utilities
 Erection and Commissioning Experience of Utilities, Sea Water Rivers osmosis System, De-mineralization Unit by electro deionization process, Cooling Towers, Raw Water Treatment & Fire Water & Instrument air Compressors.


Water Treatment Unit (Reverse Osmosis)
 All reverse osmosis based on PLC operated system
 Pretreatment with Clarification (Capacity 750, 000 GPD of two unit) by coagulation, flocculation by dissolved air filtration (DAF) and sedimentation, Filtration by sand filter and sea water reverse osmosis (SWRO) membrane.
 Brackish water reverse osmosis (BWRO) membranes are used to make demin water having capacity of 730, 000 GPD of two unit.
Electro deionization
 Electro Deionization (EDI) process to increase the water purification having capacity of 650, 000 GPD of two unit.
AIR COMPRESSORS
 03 reciprocating compressors double acting double stage discharge pressure of 120PSI and flow 1200cubic feet/hr.
 Adsorption based dryer with desiccant for instrument air regeneration.
Cooling Water System
 Cooling Tower (Induced Draft, Counter Flow), S.S. Removal Filters and GE chemicals injection system.
Fire Water System
 Three electric pumps and two diesel engine pumps are employee of fire water network system having capacity of 1500 GPM of each pump.
 Two jockey pumps are used to pressurize the fire water network system having capacity of 380GPM.

BOILER (THREE WATERTUBE 63 tons/hr)

 Perform start up and shut down of 63 tons/hr water tube boiler.
 Good hands on BMS system of boiler
 Maintain BFW on specs and maintain the results of Steam, HP-DA feed water, CBD, condensate.
 Re-tubing of supper heater at boiler.
 Attain emergencies like BFW pump failure, drum level controller failure,
 Good hand 3-element control system.
 Perform Dry out procedure for refractories.
 Calculate own use of fuel oil and fuel gas and also optimize the firing of boiler
 Dual fire burner(gas+FO)
 Also looks the viscosity of FO before boiler light.
 Make job list before maintenance.
 Perform hydro test for inspection.

WORKING AS A DESALINATION OPERATOR AT QATAR LARGEST POWER PLANT WITH DSS CONTROL PLANT WITH ALLIED EQUIPMENTS OPERATION.
