• Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority, 2012: Construction of headquarter for the Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority consisting of 3 underground parking levels and 7 floors
• Pharmaceutical Factory for the Production of IV Solutions, Wellpharma Medical Solutions, 2011-2012: Overall structure and associated MEP works as well as Grey Utility services including steam boiler, compressed air, hot water and the processed chilled water networks.
• Modern Residential City, 2010-2011: Civil Engineering Construction works of furnished apartment for residents, 6 huge clusters of buildings and a core plaza combining the central facilities, AED 1, 020 million.
• Construction Workers Residential City, 2007-2009: Design-Build and Turnkey contract of furnished apartment for 33, 000 workers and engineers7 clusters of residential buildings (each cluster is 15 buildings) and a central cluster of commercial buildings, AED 450 million

Key Responsibilities:
• Serving as a client representative by managing and controlling the project's time, cost, quality, contract, procurement, and communication with all involved entities on the project.
• Spearheading a team, varying from 8 to 12 engineers as per project requirements, to manage assigned construction projects right from conceptual stage till substantial completion.
• Ensuring that the project executed by the contractor is completed within target completion date, within specified budget and as per project specifications.
• Directing the development of the Request for Proposals (RFP), tender specifications, terms and conditions and bidding process.
• Reviewing and assessing the costs and time impact associated with the variances arising on the project during design and construction phases.
• Controlling the costs by reviewing and assessing the validity of the payments and the costs variations submitted by the contractor.

Highlights:
• Joined the company as Site Engineer and worked up the career hierarchy, handling larger responsibilities in the position of Project Engineer and later as Construction Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implemented the construction portion of the assigned project through day-to-day direction of all field activities and ensured the projects’ completion within the prescribed time and with the quality objectives.
• Provided leadership in the performance of all activities related to the execution of construction work including contract administration, quality control, planning and cost control, materials management and safety and accident prevention.
• Provided high quality, leading edge construction solutions and implemented management, planning, and cost control systems.
