• Serving as a client representative by managing and controlling the project's time, cost, quality, contract, procurement, and communication with all involved entities on the project.
• Spearheading a team, varying from 8 to 12 engineers as per project requirements, to manage assigned construction projects right from conceptual stage till substantial completion.

Highlights:
• Joined the company as Site Engineer and worked up the career hierarchy, handling larger responsibilities in the position of Project Engineer and later as Construction Manager.
