• Responsible for all Electrical work including 1st, 2nd and 3rd fix, execution, termination, testing &
commissioning, Quality control and safety, in concern buildings and Hangars
• Installation of Switch Gears, Transformers, Capacitor bank, MDB, EMDB, DP, SDP, RP, LP, URP and
CBS panels
• Supervision of all electrical work of concern building including power, light, grounding, Data, GPU, Fire
alarm system, BMS, Lighting control system, VDF, DOL, Heater, Circulation pump, VAV, AHU, FCU,
Bridge crane, VTF Dock, door, hydraulic pump and many others.
• Supervised installation and execution of addressable & conventional fire alarm systems.
• Providing cable trays, trucking, cable pulling, cable dressing, termination, and testing & Commissioning
• Checking and solving all clashes and technical issues in drawings, panel schedule, and on site work, and
correction and making as built.
• Supervision of all subcontractors, leading them, assigning them daily tasks and targets including daily
reports.
• Install fire alarm devices such as detectors, MCPs, sounders, strobes, and panels.
• Witness of all testing and commissioning work
• Making reports ofsubcontractors daily work and checking all pending work, making time frame for it
and sending report to upper management
• Finding snags and making report forthe concern subcontractor to rectify it
• Making reports for checking all the pending work from 1stfix to 3rd fix including testing and
commissioning
• Weekly walk through with clients and consultants to discuss the site condition, requirements and
changes
• Making SOR and forwarding it to CM for making report
• Ensure site work quality through QA/QC checks and inspections.
• Conduct continuity, insulation resistance, and loop tests forfire alarm circuits.
• Perform programming, configuration, and troubleshooting of fire alarm panels.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and final handover of fire alarm systems.

• Fire Alarm system for whole project
• Calculation of all materials and total cost using approved shop drawings and making PO and MR
• Installation of conduits, boxes and all devices as per approved shop drawing
• Installation of FACP and connecting it to the MFACP or concern fire station
• Installation ofsmoke detectors and Gas control panel
• Solving all issues including the main concern ofsafety and scaffolding issues by cooperating with
concern supervisor,
• Putting conduits underground for power, data and other required main wires.
• Putting boxes and conducts for Fire Alarm, emergency light, Power, Ev, ICT, Security, Lighting, and
GRMS.
• Cooperation with civil team regarding schedule of concrete.
• Closing out all observations and comments raised by client or consultant.
• Protection of all conduits before, during and after installation.
• Testing of continuity of lightening protection rebars.
• Using AutoCAD for reading and changes in drawing.

• Reading and changes in drawing according to requirement and specification in AutoCAD
• Supervision and inspection of all electrical work in building construction
• Supervision of installation of conduits and boxes in building construction slab
• Supervision of pulling and installation of cables wires, especially ofsmoke detector, BMS
• Supervision of Installation of cable trays and trunksfor cables, BMS, telecommunication and lighting
• Supervision of all drawing work of lighting, smoke detector, flasher, BMS, power etc.
• Supervision of installation of all electrical devices, i.e CCTV, lights, smoke detectors, DB, Panel board
etc.
• Inspection and testing of all devices including cables.
• Doing office work, communicating with senior Engineer and carry on thework by cooperation
• To inspect each and everything before finalization
• To communicate and cooperate with civil and mechanical supervisors and foreman
