• Oversee all manufacturing operations, identifying unsafe or inefficient practices and making recommendations for improvement as needed.
• 5S implementation in Engineering store & workshops.
• Implementation of two different Kaizen Activity with a total savings of AED 80, 000.
• Manage Electrical & Mechanical Team to overcome all the issues and keep uptime near to 95%.
• Collaborate with Production Team and Supply Chain team to keep the machine efficient.
• Prepare and Implement Preventive Plan to minimize downtime and increase OEE.
• Train and motivate technical teams to understand new challenges and perform KPIs to achieve a lean system.
• Manage budgets and ensure project deadlines are adequately met according to standards and requirements.
Maintains electrical systems by establishing and enforcing preventive and on-going
maintenance, and testing programs; scheduling repairs; coordinating shut-downs and
installations.
▪ Troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation problems thus eliminating chronic E&I
issues.
▪ Proficient knowledge of Rockwell Automation such as Allen Bradley PLC, Siemens,
Sinamics Drive, Lenze, Rexroth, Studio 5000 Programming, Servo Drives etc.
▪ Proficient in PLC ladder logic design, equipment operation and technical support.
