• Working as a Facility Engineer for a Facility Management contract project delivery for multiple project locations.
• Manage and supervise daily MEP facility operations (ETS, CHW Pumps, AHUs, FCUs, LV Panels, Generators, ATS, Potable water network, Water Feature/Pools), maintenance activities, technical assessments, and approval of maintenance-related reports.

• Operates, monitors and maintain various utilities equipment relating to Air-conditioning System (DX/PACU/Chilled Water System)Refrigeration System (Cold Room, Freezer & Chiller) Electrical System (Transformer, 13.2KV/400V & 400VY/230V) Fire Protection System, STP operation, Water Distribution System, Pumps, Ventilation System, Escalators, Elevators and Diesel Engine Generator Sets. Provides reports, monitoring results and performs other tasks from time to time.

• Handle the day to day equipment maintenance activities, government agency coordination, maintenance buy off, full participation to hand over commissioning and decommissioning, project reviews, spare parts tracking and tenant coordination. Required immediate response on every equipment marginal conditions, breakdowns and should help develop plans to improve equipment conditions and reliability.

• Performs various tasks on engineering program implementation (Preventive Maintenance Programs (PMP), Equipment Repairs and Improvements, Design Review, Construction and Project Review, Spares Management, Leasing Programs). Create solutions and corrective actions of all equipment and systems failure. Initiate analysis to prevent recurrence.

• Coordinate with district engineer and head office engineering on major equipment repairs and critical center issues. Support/Assist SBUs and tenants engineering requirements and concerns. Generate Job Order Requests, Purchase Requisitions and Project Briefs including project Scope of Works and Estimates.

• Conducted Thermo-graphic Scanning with technical report generation for all Mall Electrical Facilities including Medium Voltage Switch Gear (MVSG), Low Voltage Switch Gear (LVSG), Distribution Panel, Pumps and Electric Motors in 6 Malls in Laguna & Batangas using Fluke Ti32.

• Conceptualize and implement various Energy conservation project to lessen operational cost.

• Systematic data gathering and analysis of different equipment parameters to generate maintenance plan according to equipment’s condition.
