Managing the periodic performance evaluation system and ensure updated organizational structure of the company.
Effective managing & processing payroll for the employees.

Recruitment & Training - End to end recruitment from sourcing of the candidates till joining, Manpower Analysis, Offer letter, Appointment letter, employment Contract, Training and development, performance management and well versed for using job portal tools like Naukrigulf.Com, Timesjobs.Com, Monster.com etc.

Payroll & Compliance: Monthly salary preparation, leave management, time management.

PRO - Type of Visa, Visa request management, Ticketing, Liasioning with concern govt. authorities etc.

Administration - Day to day office administration activities, Minutes of meeting, MIS, Vendor management, Security, Housekeeping, Record keeping or archive management, Cafeteria management and budgeting etc.
Safety Trainer:
➢ To ensure safety practice in work place through regular inspections, training, audit, Issuing of PPE and its record etc.
➢ To ensure complete adhering of OSHAD guidelines in workplace.
➢ To complete documentation of compliance and reporting to Al Adda.
