 Manage Sales and Business development in Kuwait, Qatar and U.A.E.
 I maintain sales booking/log for my territory which is from prospect, bids, firm orders and
follow the book till closed.
 Update the financials and propose forecasts to present the top management along with
Sales director.
 Responsible for approvals with oil companies and reestablish the approvals.
 Support the service team with Leads and provide sales support to win.
 Market intelligence from existing contacts and make new contact and build up.
 Travel extensively to meet the customers and end users; I prefer to meet my clients
frequently even if there is no business.
 Supported my proposal team in budgets for clients bids, and also provide intel
information on competition in the market so that the price can be attractive to the
customer.
 Take responsibility on reviewing jointly with commercial manager the sales T’s & C’s and
revert to the client with our comments till acceptance.
 I believe in constant interaction with the customer / end users for better understanding of
requirements and building real market intelligence in the process. It is vital to know once
strength and weakness on top of the competitions
 Attend and participate in energy round table conferences, energy events, show our
existence in the territory.

 Knowledgeable on instruments & valves, process system, design, procurement and
fabrication, planning & scheduling and costing.
 Review of project specification, generate datasheet, and purchase specification to
procure instruments and valves required for the project.
 Initiate design review meeting, Pre-inspection meeting and involve in HAZOP meeting,
and other client meeting when needed and internal when required.
 Well aware of contractual obligations and monitor any variation to the contract if any and
provide supporting documents change in scope with costing to the client.
 Executive report and project progress presentation, report updates from vendors and
follow up.
 Liaise with quality team and TPI for inspection activities and notify client as per
agreement / ITP.
 Review and Monitor document submissions, approvals and follow up with departments
for the delayed document as per document registers.
 Liaise with internal logistics, shipping agent and client on shipment documentation and
progress on delivery of the package.
 Keep track on milestone payment and initiate invoice via accounts with milestone
certificates.
 Follow and apply company HSE policy at work and advice clients/visitors to follow during
visits.

- Efficiently handle various projects specifically in metering skids, prover, pressure vessel and crane fabrication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyzing project inception plan and creating a schematic layout in view of key quantifiable parameters encompassing - estimation of takeoff costs, reviewing project constructability, sub-contracting requirements and project profitability.
• Appointing appropriate contractors and consultants, delegating responsibilities among contracted employees, preparing time schedules for various stages of project completion, and executing handover.
• Monitoring fabrication of cranes from Stahl crane systems, good knowledge of pressure vessel fabrication, silos, hoppers, boom, structures, machining along with steel suppliers and fabrication companies in UAE.
• Proactively implemented quality procedures and work instructions on the site to ensure all operational regulations are adhered to. Assessing P.O, P and ID, drawings, documents, prepare fabrication schedule and evaluation.
• Directing purchase activities/barge F.O.B., maintaining uninterrupted flow of materials to support project schedules and assign resources to overcome “triple constraints” project scope, time and cost.
• Examining shipping drawing, documents, assuring sea worthy packing, documents before shipment .
• Organizing internal and external meetings, emphasize issues in regards to delay in arrivals of valves, actuators, cabinets, cables, cable trays etc.
• Coordinating with production manager and QA/QC and visiting overseas clients (Zurich, Italy, Norway, Saudi, Bahrain, Oman and India).

Key Responsibilities:
• Managed and controlled the project in its entirety, inclusive of - site supervision, contractual negotiations, material procurement while ensuring strict adherence to project schedule.
• Computed operational and maintenance cost estimates, devised project budgets, energy saving techniques to achieve substantial reduction in operation and maintenance expenditures.
• Drafted weekly reports to management and clients on progress of the P.O’s, liaised with sub-contractors, conducted safety induction meeting and inspection for workers.
• Supervised fabrication progress, anticipated any delay of materials in regards to contractual date and monitored projects in Dubai and Oman.
• Ascertained that all cost is as per the estimated budget constraints also appropriate allocation of resources, manpower and machinery for projects.
• Examined shipping drawings, confirmed sea worthy packing and documents before shipment as well as handling site works and modifications.
• Collated and analyzed project metrics data (such as actual values for costs, schedule, work in progress, and work completed) and reporting on project progress to the upper management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Developed overall work schedule for all construction projects to ensure work is assigned and completed within the given time frame without compromising on quality.
• Monitored monthly evaluation of tonnage and motivated staff by conducting performance appraisal programs.
• Administered hydro-test of pressure vessels and NDT like DPT, X-ray reports and UT. (Welding and formed dish were NDT is required).
• Provided details of process and method for fabricators/fitters, drawings and maintaining the quality control of fabrication as per company standards.
• Delegated and allocated work to shop floor personnel as per priorities of fabrication set individual targets and liaised with engineers.
