Duties & Responsibilities Included the Following:

•Baseline planning and scheduling development including manpower & cost resource loading aligned to the overall project objectives.
•Project performance reporting, presentation, updating and create forecasts using earned value analysis, key performance indicators, dashboards and other tools to compare plan versus actual and show the status of the project.
•Review and analysis of subcontractor’s programs, reports, claims and coordinate with the project team to check and clarify important events and construction activities.
•Claim and delay analysis according to the approved baseline and provide necessary documents and other substantiation.
•Attend meetings, collaborate with the team and ensure that the work meet the organization and project objectives.

Project: The Royal Palm Atlantis Hotel & Residences (3 Billion AED)
Dubai Water Canal (800 Million AED)
The Tower - Pile Cap Dubai Creek Harbour

Duties & Responsibilities Included the Following:

•Prepare and develop a baseline program including resource loading labour, non-labour & cost.
•Prepare and develop tender program
•Making revisions and conducting delay analysis for extension of time.
•Assistance in forecasting and analysing any potential schedule impacts and preparation of related reports.
•Updating the P6 program based on progress, engineering register, procurement register and construction register etc.
•Monitor the site progress and prepare look ahead schedule and determine the critical path to maintain the objectives.
•Prepare necessary monitoring tools like, progress charts, histograms and dashboards.
•Prepare daily, weekly, monthly report and any other documents for reporting.
•Attend progress meeting and report.
•Coordinates with the respective engineers for the actual progress and discuss the start and finish date of the activities to avoid unnecessary delay events.

Project: South Side Wide Infrastructure and Landscaping Project (700 Million QAR)

Duties & Responsibilities Included the Following:

•Prepare and review the status reports based on actual progress and feedback from all concerned departments.
•Forecasting and analysing any potential schedule impacts.
•Updating the P6 program based on progress, engineering register, procurement register and construction register etc.
•Monitor the site progress and prepare look ahead schedule and determine the critical path to maintain the objectives.
•Adding resources and costs for the revision of the program.
•Analysing the progress data, check and update the plan and inform all concerned.
•Prepare necessary monitoring tools like, progress charts, histograms and dashboards.
•Prepare daily, weekly, monthly report and any other documents for reporting.
•Conduct site visit for the actual progress.
•Attend progress meeting and report.
•Coordinates with the respective engineers for the actual progress and discuss the start and finish date of the activities to avoid unnecessary delay events.
•Record additional works from the original plan and all variations and revisions for the use in claims and extension of time.

Project: The Manila Residences Tower II (40-storey building)

Duties & Responsibilities Included the Following:

•Maintain the even workflow of different activities to ensure the work progress in accordance with the project schedule.
•Supervise daily activities and manpower according to schedule
•Compute and estimate the materials needed in construction.
•Monitors the quality and progress of work and ensures timely completion of project.
•Handled formworks, concreting as well as rebar works.
•Assessing and reconciling subcontractors' variations and billings.
•Generating quantity of materials for procurement.
•Assisting in the preparation and updating of progress reports including materials and manpower requirements to complete the project.

Project: Puregold Supermarket Balintawak, Philippines

Duties & Responsibilities Included the Following:

•Supervising the civil and structural works at the site as per work order and specifications.
•Compute and estimate the materials needed in construction.
•Monitors the quality and progress of work and ensures timely completion of project.
•Handled formworks, concreting as well as rebar works.
•Assessing and reconciling subcontractors' variations and billings.
•Generating quantity of materials for procurement.
•Assisting in the preparation and updating of progress reports including materials and manpower requirements to complete the project.
•Purchase materials requested and needed for construction

•Choose and evaluate trade contractors and subcontractors proposals
