3. Saudi Aramco CRPO#51, LTA ZULF EDP, 3 slip overs & 12 ZULF PDM upgrades (Brown field Construction works & Hook up)

Responsibilities:

• Execution and monitoring of electrical, instrumentation and telecom onshore and offshore platform construction and mechanical completion activities including walk down with clients, commissioning and operations representatives for Riser platform (ULRP), Separation platform (ULSP) & Gas treatment platform (ULGTP).
• Review project specifications, drawings and obtain technical clarifications.
• Coordinating with different vendors, Engineering and procurement departments for arranging project and consumable materials for Bu Haseer project.
• Competent in highlighting the engineering & construction issues and to make correspondences with the client.
• Evaluating & determining appropriate construction delivery systems and most cost-effective plan / schedule for completing the project.
• Inspecting field sites to observe & evaluate condition of facilities and structures in order to collect field survey data & measurements.
• Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize output.
• Upon project completion, effect closeout in accordance with procedures, ensuring that documentation/archiving requirements are met.
• Responsible for preparing the production report.
• Conducting MC meeting, project review meetings and daily progress reports along with monitoring project progress.
• Responsible for attending & managing customer complaints, providing technical support and evolving quick resolution to with minimum time.
• Check quantity surveying status with engineering drawings and actual site condition.

• Leading execution of Instrumentation & Telecom Construction project with 8000 Instruments and 25000 I/O 's.
• Implementation of Job card system for the smooth execution of project.
• Leading pre-commissioning works and provide assistance for commissioning activities.
• Follow up for the delivery of material/equipment as per work schedule to ensure the material availability as per the schedule.
• Highlighting of construction and engineering issues timely and make correspondences with client to resolve the issues.
• Responsible to ensure material is purchased as per specification through approved vendor.
• Assigning tasks to the sub-contractor and guiding the supervisors according to design and specification for execution of the task. Organizing the team for job & output deliverables.
• Providing technical clarification to field staffs, issuing notes on method of specification & quality standards to construction team as per the requirements of the project.
• Executing the installation works as per client’s standard and approved technical drawings and work programs.
• Conducting regular meeting with the area In-Charge and supervisors to resolving the issues on technical/ quality aspects, materials, schedules and other related project problems.
• Responsible for claiming the production value from client.

• Supervising the E&I construction process from the conceptual development stage through final construction, making sure that the project completes on time & within the set budget.
• Preparation of Method Statements showing Testing Procedures and Standards.
• Preparation of RFI’s and Inspection requests for the progress of work.
• Responsible for all instrument installations such as junction boxes, local panels, level transmitters, flow transmitters, temperature / pressure transmitters, controllers, indicators, temperature / pressure gauges and switches, F&G Detectors.
• Responsible for Instruments Installation and Loop checking in CDS Unit .
• Responsible for Primary Cabling as per cable schedule and also for Secondary Cabling as per wiring diagram. Coordinate the mechanical contractors for the installation of control valves, safety valves, orifice plates, vessels mounted instruments etc.
• Responsible for Calibration of HART & Foundation field bus protocol Instruments.
• Control room panel and DCS/ PLC panel installation, alignment, inter panel wiring, cables in the Marshalling racks and its function checks.
• Implementation of CCTV, PAGA and F & G System in Control Room and Sub Stations.
• Installation / Erection of Instrumentation Equipments / JB’s / Instruments.
• Cable tray layout as per design drawing, proper fixings, cross bonding for grounding.
• Implementation of Field cable layout in trays with proper segregation.
• Carry out the final check for all instruments against P&ID’s prior to the start up of commissioning activities.
• Toolbox meeting on daily basis for work safety, material control, efficiency and quality.
• Preparation of Instrument index & cable schedule by review the P&ID with the use of SPI/INTools.
• Preparation of Material Take-off list (MTO).
• Preparation of Junction box wiring details using SPI/INtools.

• Calibration, maintenance and configuration of all types of Instruments in Foundation Field Bus and HART protocols.
• Responsible for Instrumentation works as per the Specification and Drawings
• Monitoring the work to schedule and facilitating manpower and material for meeting the schedule
• Control room panel and DCS/ PLC panel installation, alignment, inter panel wiring, cables in the Marshalling racks and its function checks.
• Implementation of Voice and Data, Paging, PA system and F & G System in CCR.
• Installation / Erection of Electrical Equipments / JB’s / Instruments
• Cable tray layout as per design drawing, proper fixings, cross bonding for grounding.
• Implementation of Field cable layout in trays with proper segregation.
• Carry out the final check for all instruments against P&ID’s prior to the start up of commissioning activities.
• Toolbox meeting on daily basis for work safety, material control, efficiency and quality
• Preparing punch list for construction work, monitors closing punch point.
• Responsible for control valves and shutdown valves seat leak test.
• Erection & commissioning activity, which involves site data collection, erection planning, contract finalization, trouble shooting and system hand over.
• Supervise & train a completions team of 65 members under my command.
• Provide a positive role in promoting good HSE culture and meeting cairn expectations.
• Well experienced in control valves/shutdown valves actuator orientation and flow orientations.
• Planning of Daily Job Schedule for trouble shooting works (maintenance work includes valve’s actuator orientation, field calibration, trouble shooting)
• Prepare DPR (Daily Progress Report)

• Responsible for Calibration of HART protocol Instruments.

• Trouble shooting and maintenance of instruments.
• Planning of Daily Job Schedule for trouble shooting works (maintenance work includes valve’s actuator orientation, field calibration, trouble shooting)
