• Manage and respond to systems interruptions and operational issues pertaining to
facilities management and maintenance based on standard KPI’s and SLA. Provide
client technical reports (Snag List, Condition Reports, etc.) for any breakdown and
unusual occurrence with recommendations to resolve the deficiency.
• Conversant on HVAC Load Calculation, Duct Sizing, Equipment Selection, AutoCAD
Operation, and other Computerized Applications for design.
• Acquainted to ASHRAE, NFPA, QCS, and other International Standard to ensure safety
and reliable project.
• Executes special projects requested by the client by providing accurate engineering
design, materials estimate/ submittal, labor computation, implementation of the project,
test and commissioning, until the handover of the project’s operation and manuals.
• Manage the Project Management Plan of the Fit Out Project through initiating new
phase of a project by obtaining authorization to start, refine the objectives, and define
the course of action required to attain the objectives that the project was undertaken to
achieve.
• Manage the execution performance of the project to complete work defined in the
project management plan to satisfy the project specification.
• Monitor and Control Project Processes by tracking required documentations, review
and regulate the progress and performance of the project; identify any areas in which
changes to the plan are required and initiate the corresponding changes.
• Manage proper Closing/ Handover of Project performed to finalize all activities across
all process groups to formally close the project or phase.
• Establish Implement, and Review System Procedures, Flow Chart, Checklist, and Log
