Define and establish detailed project execution phases and sequencing of activities in coordination with the Project Manager
Job Roles:
Reviewing and approving document submittal of contractor.
Technical adviser of documents and activity on the construction site.
Guiding the contractor into the right track and as per requirement.
Checking execution of work on the ground, plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.

Scope of Work:
Infrastructure Works (Monitoring and Planning site work as per miles stone plan to support and giving priority on the right track for contractors. Reporting to the manager as per site progress. Solving issues that can delay the progress of work.
Warehouse Steel Structure project, U/G Concrete Tanks, Civil work(Concrete Foundation, Beams, Slab on grade, Mezzanine, Roofing), Structural Steel (Erection of columns, beams, rafter) Finishing work (CMU, Plastering, Gypsum Board, Painting).
Reviewing and approving document submittal of contractor like MAR, MIR, PQP, PSP and PEP.
Technical adviser of documents and activity on the construction site.
Guiding the contractor into the right track and as per required standard.
Checking execution of work on the ground, plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
Ensuring all materials to be used and work performed are as per specifications and standard.
Following the scope of work as per contract agreement stated in BOQ.

Checking execution of work on the ground, plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
Ensuring all materials to be used and work performed are as per specifications and standard.
Overseeing the safety of worker and requisition of materials.
Preparing reports as required.

Underground utilities line (Fire fighting line, Sewer line, Treated Water line, Potable line) and Electrical Line (Power cable, Grounding line, Communication line and CATV)

* Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
* Ensuring all materials to be used and work performed are as per specifications.
* Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant.
* Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the main contractors / client.
* Coordinating with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
* Communicating with client and their representatives (engineers, architects, surveyors) including attending regular meeting to keep them informed of progress.
* Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.

* Analyze drawing and specification.
* Understand contractual terms and conditions.
* Providing clear detail of Quantity Take Off.
* Organize sub-contractors quotations, negotiate to insure quotes meet contract documents and issue proper documented purchase orders.
* Complete budgeting and scheduling for projects and track name. Monitor progress, requisition change orders and identify any potentials risks.
* Maintain relationships with sub-contractors and clients.
* Insure site personnel are provided with proper documentation related to project.
* Work and deal with concerns of field personnel.
* Provide and maintain unit pricing and database for material and labour costing.
* Formulate cost break down from estimates and for project progress.
* Meet with potential clients to discuss options for proposed services.
* Assemble accurate and well organized estimates and proposals in a timely manner for specified price, design-build and construction/project management formatted projects.

* Successfully I saved the cost of the project and claimed additional amount through FER.
* I finished the Material Take Off using Cost X Estimation program and Auto Cad.

I became office engineer reporting to the control manger. i managed engineering department, assistant planning engineer, procurement and quantities surveyor.
