Procedure development and field validation.
CV-OTS (operator training simulator) training to console operator.
Performs or assists in process related Root Cause or failure analysis.
Enhances front line skills and knowledge through coaching on process, equipment, engineering, etc.
Initiate, collaborate, and support improvement activities in the plant (i.e. work with reliability engineer to resolve mechanical reliability issues.).
Assists in performing day-to-day troubleshooting.
Able to escalate issues to appropriate personnel if unresolved
Provides insight to engineers/maintenance to status of issues and what troubleshooting has been performed
Plant operation, plant performance report, trouble shooting, debottlencking, plant modification, Study and implementation of new schemes, Energy saving, reduction of raw material conumption, catalsyt(by maintaining optimum catalyst concentration in reactor).
Participate in HAZOP & HAZOP Closeout.
Preparation of commissioning & pre-commissioning procedures & operating manuals.
Preparation of Process Design Basis & Process Description and Control Scheme.
Preparation of PFD’s, Process and Utility P & ID's. Preparation of Process datasheet for Mechanical equipment.
Post Diploma in industrial safety, PSM,RISK ANALYSIS,HAZARD IDENTIFICATION,RISK ASSESSMENT.ETA,FMEA,FTA.
