1) Managerial tasks: Team Leader for Staff Nurses II and Patient - Care Assistants, Managing 17 specialty clinics
➢ Assign nurses in plan board,
➢ Request and check completeness of supplies,
➢ Process forms for patient: assessment, prioritization and documentation,
➢ Liaison between doctors, nurses, and patients,
➢ Liaison between other group members and Charge Nurse,
