• Working as senior sales Account Manager for enterprise level accounts for all IT products & services. Reporting directly to General Manager
• Develop and maintain the relationships with existing vendors & partners including but not limited to DELL, VMware, Microsoft, TrendMicro, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and build new relationships capable of building revenue.
• Manage multiple accounts including initiation, analysis, monitoring and evaluating new opportunities for each account.
• Increase customer satisfaction through consistent customer contacts and continual long-term relationships.

• Manage, direct and control the planning, implementation and operation of all IT, Telecommunication and information security Infrastructure & Services for GDI.
• Provide leadership, vision, and direction for Application, infrastructure, system, network, security and IT support teams.
• Develop & contribute to the formulation of GDI’s IT strategy and business plan.
• Advise senior management on IT systems conversions and integrations in support of business goals and objectives.
• Continuously assess and validate IT related risks and suggest suitable and cost-effective mitigations and ensure timely reporting in accordance with the Risk Management Framework.
• Define, implement and test the IT disaster recovery plans to meet the business continuity requirements of GDI.
• Prepare IT Budgets and recommend capital plan for the IT department
• Manage the IT Projects/Programs by adopting appropriate project/program management standards, processes and guidelines complying with GDI Project Management Guidelines (PMG).
• Manage IT Software and Hardware License
• Establish, implement and recommend IT Policies, Procedures, Standards, Frameworks, Basslines and any other ‘IT internal control measures’ for the effective functioning and quality/cost-effective delivery of IT Services.
