Wrote up business plans, information memorandums, and investment teasers for three companies, and
produced notes on several others for the use of capital raising and potential sell side transactions.
*Researched dozens of potential acquirers for several clients, leading to multiple new meetings.
*Undertook Financial Modeling of two companies.
