RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing all CDP elements from inception to completion, ensuring that the employer's requirements are met.
Setting up sub-contractors to the Viewpoint project management system upon their appointment and providing them with all the latest project information through drawing distribution folders and being their main point of contact.
Compile and distribute work packages for all CDP & non-CDP elements for tender and checking over returned tenders for technical compliance.
Managing RFI process to the client and also responding to all TQ's raised from sub-contractors.
Chairing and & coordinating weekly meetings and workshops as required.
Compile and monitor live procurement document for CDP elements and managing the design and manufacture periods associated with each element.
Ensuring works are being executed as planned during weekly and monthly site observations.
Managing the recording/reporting of Embodied Carbon/BREEAM data to meet Net Zero targets.
