Ultimate responsibility for the store operations. This job role required to look after the entire store in terms of all aspects, staff management and rostering, supply chain and delivery operations, inventory checks and financial reports, marketing and sales management.
Responsibility for providing the highest level of service to customers so that they enjoy the World's best in-flight experience. Also, ensuring the standards of safety, emergency and security practices are provided in accordance with the corporate and civil aviation rules and regulations.
This job role consisted of two main functions. Firstly, it was essential to look after room service orders and deliver them according to the company standards. Secondly, the Sheraton Club Lounge was also included in this job role. It was necessary to supervised and maintained the lounge throughout the day and I had the ultimate responsibility for the entire operations.
Food and beverage service in the M&S Cafe, taking orders, dealing with customers needs in an efficient way and make them always happy. This job position was mainly about an efficient and professional customer services. It was important to exceed the customers expectations by a high standard service. One of the main responsibilities I also had, it was to run evening shifts as a supervisor. It always required to lead the team in a smooth and organized way.
This job role required a professional service and dealing with hotel guests during their stay, especially in the hotel restaurant. The hotel was a high standard accommodation, mainly for business people visiting West London.
During the secondary school time I had the opportunity to have a practice training at Prague Airport. The training lasted for 3 years and took place every second week. It was a great opportunity to experience real airport operations. We had about 10 different work positions which were rotating every month and we were able to see all the operations and services throughout the year.
School of Engineering and Mathematical Sciences - Final Project: A potential expansion of a current airport in London.
