•Initiating Fraud alerts and subsequent actions on suspicious transactions or victims of identity / monetary theft
•Handling customer account disputes and account queries
•Maintaining and managing client credit reports based

•Providing guidance/educating customers on factors affecting their credit scores and suggestions for improvement
•Initiating security freeze on credit reports to prevent unauthorized access/misuse by third party
