Accountable for shaping and delivering regional people strategy across a 900-strong workforce in Southeast Asia. Lead strategic and operational HR priorities across digitization, workforce planning, organizational design, leadership development, HR operations, and people & culture. Focused on aligning business outcomes with people initiatives through transformation, compliance, and sustainable growth.

Accountable for delivering global people strategy across a 1, 400-strong Engineering & Supply Chain workforce spanning APAC, EMEA, and LATAM.

Embedded within Dysons Engineering Leadership Team, reporting to the Global HR Director, and leading a regional HR team to drive organizational design, shared services, executive succession, ER/IR governance, and board engagement.

Served as the High Commissioner’s Special Officer, managing legislative and diplomatic engagements with Cabinet Ministers, Members of Parliament, and foreign missions.

HR generalist overseeing 2, 000 employees across four business units in Malaysia and Singapore. Delivered full spectrum people strategy including talent and succession planning, learning and leadership development, performance management, workforce planning, employee and industrial relations, total rewards, and
organizational development.

Accountable for AIA’s Employer Branding and EVP delivery, including campus partnerships, internships, and early careers pipeline.
