Managing overall daily activity of in/outbound operation at central warehouse in the capital of Oman, ensure timely delivery to the customer.

Logistics/ sales order coordinator :-
Supervised warehouse staff and drivers engaged in customer service, stocking, inventory maintenance and transport, loading unloading, pick and pack operation,
• Ensure timely processing of orders from order entry, order confirmation and advance planning\scheduling product pick-up and dispatch. Co-ordinate on matters related to obtaining financial approval for the shipments.
• Communicate with customers and sales-team with regard to the status of the shipments (shipment advise, short supplies, goods in transit etc)
• Arrange product inspection like SGS, B.V on behalf of the customers wherever required.
• Export Documentation: Processing customs documents and export L/C documentations (including legalization) as per the requirement and submit to the relevant authorities.
• Timely negotiation of freight rates from the forwarder.
• Ensuring Exit-documents are received and submitted to customs in order to claim refund of deposit
• Follow up on shipments, attend to customer complaints on short landing and other discrepancies in order to make sure highest standard of customer satisfaction.
• Assure compliance of accounting\company procedures with regard to goods receipt. Execute timely action on any short-landing or any other discrepancies that may arise.
• Interact well with customer and forwarder, efficient coordination, planning of shipment and manpowers.
