o Preparing financial statements and supporting schedules according to Monthly close schedule. Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures
o Analyze revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a Monthly basis
o Applying accounting principles & procedures while preparing financial reports & statements,
o Ensure financial records and maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
o Generating advice regarding business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments & future revenues.
o Finalizing financial records and necessary balance sheet adjustment
o Ensure accurate and timely close processes on monthly, quarterly and year end basis
o Creating tracking mechanism for multiple cash flow inputs, and work with finance and external auditors to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
o Compiling payroll data such as hours worked, mandatory & voluntary deductions to be withheld, review wages computed and mitigate errors. Review payroll related general ledger accounts. Ensuring accuracy and completeness of all such accounts.
o Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information
o Maintain and balances subsidiary company accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions, resolving discrepancies.
o Analyzed and process sub-contractor payment as per worked certified by client and make sure that sub-contractor should fulfill all terms and conditions as per sub contract agreement.
o Procurement related accounting work processes such LC, LG, GIT and Monthly & Yearly analysis of each, costing (materials costing ) allocation of expenses
o Management functions and staff supervision (10 Persons). Assist to implement new systems, procedures or financial soft wares and train subordinates on new system and procedures.
