 Develop and implement operational tools to drive effective and efficient HR services, expose team to new methodologies that will impact traditional channels to enhance overall results (e.g. increase the effectiveness and efficiency).
 Continuously improve HR technology infrastructure to automate processes, implement webbased self-service features, and minimize administrative overhead.
 Formulate the labor strategy supporting hospital needs.
 Direct the formulation of recruitment, testing and ensuring the application of equal opportunity principle.
 Participate in the establishment of strategies, policies and goals of the hospital.
 Liaise with various Government departments and maintain relationships for smooth operations.
 Ensure maximum legal protection as well as compliance with internal and external legal and policy requirements.
 Direct and oversee hospital accreditations, legal and compliance related issues.
 Conduct periodic audits to verify that core documents (e.g., employment agreements, confidentiality agreements, regulatory compliance documents, etc.) are properly maintained.
 Partner with OD team to support, and implement organization development plans and interventions which support organizational and department goals and objectives.
 Integrate the core values of respect, integrity, compassion, justice, and service in all aspects of interaction.
 Lead the team by ensuring an appropriate workflow management between the team through appropriate delegation of work and set teams objectives and provide formal and informal feedback and appraisal to teams in order to maximize and overall department performance in the pursuit of the set objectives.
