• Analyzing the changes, development, and customizations on CIM (Customer Interaction Manager)
application, a Campaign Management System for HSBC.
• Implemented custom developments in CIM through PE Extensions, Groovy Services and java classes as per
user requirement.
• Involved in CIM customization defect analysis and resolutions.
• Setup new CIM Environments and CIM upgrades.
