Ensuring the success of all events hosted by Aspetar (internally and international)
Handling sponsorship agreements with external parties
Constantly supporting Aspetar Senior Management
Supporting my team as well as other SBU’s with their marketing projects
Managing the internal and external communication
Building the relationship with local and international media, develop PR plans, etc.
Creating and conceptualizing the identity of events, websites, email blasts, etc
Collaborating with external parties in supporting Qatar’s vision
Managing the M&C team on behalf of the director
Closely assisting the Event Director to ensure the success of our events by putting together marketing campaigns and bids for tenders as well as allocating budgets
Developing strong business relations with suppliers, journalists and delegates locally and abroad
Negotiating contra-deals with publications and organizations (media partners, associations)
Managing local and international Press and Media during the event
Taking care of all the logistics aspects for hosted delegates and journalists (flight bookings, accommodations, transports, visas, etc.)
Assisting other QMDI divisions with their events, in various tasks, on site and/or as and when necessary
