Senior Implementation and mobilization project manager, transitioning to overall site manager with full P&L accountability for the Integrated Facilities Management Services contract at The Wave, Muscat - www.thewavemuscat.com
I mobilized and managed a team of 200 staff exclusively providing the full range of MEP, Landscaping, Cleaning, Pest Control, Security and community Liaison, help-desk, commercial and Management Services across this 2.5 million m2 complex.
The Wave, Muscat is the Sultanate’s premier lifestyle destination and is a unique public-private venture between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the UAE-based Majid Al Futtaim Properties.
Spread along a stunning 6km stretch of Muscat’s coastline, this world-class mixed-use community comprises luxury residential properties, 6000m2 retail mall and dining facilities and Oman’s only signature designed PGA Standard 18 hole links golf course, designed by Greg Norman. The Wave, Muscat is also home to the 400 berth Almouj Marina, Oman’s largest private yachting hub.

Acted as single point of contact in normal business hours for all engineering related building issues.
Custodian of all building services at all times and was the main on site control function for the issuance of RAMS, Permit to Work and access to the site.
Systems included;
• 2N diesel rotary UPS (DRUPS)
• N+3 DX CRAC Cooling & contained cold aisles
• HV Transformers and switching systems, 11kV
• Serving 900+ commodities broker workstations across 7 floors
• Fully automated lighting and plant BMS
Achievements
• Performed initial contract mobilisation, generated the Standard & Emergency Operating procedures and produced detailed PPM schedules and daily technical work sheets.
• Initialized and maintained an excellent and lasting positive client relationship with key client figures and culture of trust, communication and excellent service delivery
