•Instrumental Lab activities - Analysis of RM by GC-FID, Method Validation in GC, Application GC-MS, HPLC for different polymers and fragments molecular weight less than 1000 u.
•All QC activities regarding release of RM, FG, In-Process samples, PDI etc
•Updating and trend analysis of samples in MIS, Combined activities of R&D, QC, Production projects, QMS activities.
•ETP water analysis, regeneration and maintenance of ETP for chemicals like phenol, other organic compound, acids and bases. Samples analysis and method development for chemicals recovery by process column.

Job Responsibly - Quantitative determination of carbon (combined and free carbon), phosphorus, manganese, silica and other constituents in welding electrodes and steel. Quantitative determination of total carbon by Eggartz and combustion method, determination of silica by gravimetric methods, determination of manganese by volumetric methods and determination of other elements. Analyzed in outside locations by UV-VIS Spectroscopy, TG, AAS etc.

To Synthesis different Anti-Oxidants in which different no of phenolic-(OH) group present, then purify them by Solvent Extraction method, then to determine their physical property like Viscosity, Melting Point, Color, Texture etc. Purify the product and further to improve their yields by using different reaction path consulting different Foreign Journals like Jack, Elsevier, Angua Chem and other polymer journals etc. HPLC and GC method develop. To know property, purity and reaction yields to use different Instruments like UV-VISIBLE Spectroscopy, IR, TLC, HPLC, GC, AAS, KF-TITRETOR, specific gravity etc.
