i worked as a assistant trainer for the cheerleading squad of La Consolacion College Manila. As a team we are working with the diiferent workouts of the squad to maintain their strength and endurance, and as a assistant trainer i am also being consulted by the head coach in terms of their dancing because i am also a dancer on my college days. We yearly prepare for different competitions for the team. I have also a background in gymnastics training because as a trainer some of the drills should be done personally to show and to teach them the basics and going to the next level.
