Proactively leading in conceptualizing and implementation of HR strategies and processes for Manpower Planning and Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Competency framework, Performance Management and Compensation & Benefits.
Handle end to end HR activities starting from Recruitment, Performance Appraisal, Compensation Benefits and Separation.
Spearheading the Implementation of complete SAP - HCM Module.
Business Partner - building close working partnership with a wide variety of local leadership and business leaders to achieve and meet organizational objectives. Instrumental in developing/implementing programs targeted to advance core business objectives while maximizing employee performance.
HR Automation, MIS Analysis of HR Metrics/ Dash Board, trends and recommending improvements.
SPOC for all the HR related activities.
Developed Policies and Procedures in alignment with the Labor Laws.
Building interpersonal relationship among employees

Handling Administration activities and Interacting with visitors, clients and vendors.
