Handle the recruitment and selection process from interview till on-boarding, to ensure attracting talented candidates and to compliance with the recruitment policy and labour law.
Handle exit interview and generate monthly report for management.
Conduct orientation presentation and materials for newly hired employees including company overview, leave and vacation system, incentive and benefits, performance system and general policies.
Develop the employee booklet for newly hired employees.
Develop HR policies, procedures, job descriptions and workflows.
Supervise the implementation of performance management on bi-monthly basis and review performance appraisal vs the HR policy.
Handle all employment fairs logistics and represent the company in fair by attending and preparing the company flyer.
Develop and execute monthly reports related to turnover, manning and staffing, attendance, leaves, etc...
Build a training data based and recommend competitive training providers for technical and soft skills training.
Assess training needs for every department and ensure that their training needs is fulfilled.
Support Line Managers in executing development training for candidates and implementing the training programs in its agreed timing.
Implement post-course assessment and action plans for the candidates following the trainings courses to measure the productivity of the time spent in trainings.
Responsible for maintaining the employee knowledge in their current job.
Ensure that each employee has an opportunity for career development through developing and updating career paths for different positions.
Manage and maintain good company records in terms of hiring, promotion, transfer documents, selection assessment, performance scores and training assessment, etc.
Responsible for the logistics of on -boarding and off - boarding process for personnel and logistics activities for hiring, transferring, promotion and exist for headcount and non-headcount.
Maintain a positive employee relations environment and support employees when needed through solving problems.
Work with HR Director and department heads to create a high level of employee engagement to the company, minimize turnover and increase loyalty and satisfaction through reward systems, social employee events and pleasant work atmosphere and hours.
Assist HR Director in updating salary scale via salary surveys through proposing salaries, job matching etc....
Conducting satisfaction survey either internally or coordinating with external companies
Coordinating & Participating in assessment center of recruitment & promotion processes.
Handle all recruitment process: Screening of the CV, acquiring interviews & preparing tests for applicants.

Job orientation for new candidates
Coordination of staff and student training
Getting benefits for employees from different companies
Participated in coordination of future university annual employment fair
Preparing summer internship programs for students.
Updating Organizational charts.
