 Duties and Responsibilities:
• Directly reports to the group QA/QC Manager and General Manager.
• Develop, implement, and display EHS policy and procedures.
• Develop and implement safety committee meeting procedures, formats and keep records minute of meetings.
• Develop and implement permit to work system procedures, guidelines & formats.
• Develop and implement incident/accident & near misses, reporting & CAPA procedure.
• Making provision of emergency procedures, first-aid facilities, safety signs, relevant protective clothing and equipment, and incident reporting to the relevant authorities.
• Keeping records of authorized First Aiders and ensuring their availability in each shift.
• Walk the manufacturing floor, indoor & outdoor facility on a regular basis to establish EHS presence and provide support.
• Find unsafe act & condition and assessing unsafe behavior during plant round.
• Record and correct unsafe act, condition & unsafe behavior.
• Investigating incidents/ near misses and disseminate the learning points.
• Inspect all safety equipment’s arrangement, like; hose pipe, fire hydrant, fire extinguishers, fire alarms and detection systems, fire pumps, water pressure, it’s testing and timely maintenance.
• Prepare and periodically update the emergency response plan, conduct & monitor fire/ safety mock drill and disseminate the learning points.
• Celebrating Environment Day and Safety week, Safety Competition, Safety Awareness Workshop.
• Conduct periodic internal safety Audits & Meetings, Report generation as and when require by Management.
• Maintain PPE’s stock and provide PPE’s to staff, contractors and visitors.
• Prepare and maintain relevant EHS report, logs, schedules and documentation.
• Conduct EHS induction and training for all new & old; staff and contractors.
• Ability to work with management staff, line staff, employees and achieve culture in the face of potential resistance.
• Maintain positive and proactive relations with management staff, line staff, and employees.
• Implementing safety enforcement procedure, general rules & code of discipline.
• Zero tolerance on safety breaches.

Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Health:
• Conduct Industrial Hygiene risk evaluation, Arrange for IH Monitoring.
• Ensure all employees to wear PPE’s.

Waste Management:
• Ensuring waste segregation management of biodegradable & non-biodegradable waste and reducing waste generation of general, medical and chemical waste for complying with local authorities.
• Ensuring safe waste handling and disposal practices in company.
• Validation of waste management agencies and ensure that the waste generated in the premises is disposed by norms.
• Close monitoring of water conservation and suggest water conservation measures.

 Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure Compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, adherence to the permits limit and timely renewal and update of permits and licenses. (Civil Defense License)
- Report all minor or major incident or accidents to AL ADAA-OSHAD.
- Arrange trainings & Keeping records of authorized First-Aiders and ensuring their availability in school time.
- Ensuring Waste segregation management & Reducing waste generation of general, medical & chemical waste for complying with Tadweer.
- Conducts internal safety audits and take part of ADEC safety audits.
- Conduct awareness program in Environment, Health & Safety.
- Communicates safety and enforcement procedures to students, staff and visitors for the purpose of ensuring their understanding of such information and the potential consequences of violation.
- Conducts and monitors fire drills and other emergency procedure drills for the purpose of complying with established guidelines.
- Escorts students, school personnel and/or visitors for the purpose of providing direction, ensuring safety and providing site security.
- Maintains a variety of files and records (e.g. schedules, incident reports, emergency drill records, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring the availability of information for future reference and/or audit for compliance to established policies.
- Monitors student behavior during and between assigned periods and at student events (e.g. lunch room, classrooms, detention, dances, home games, 'time of arrival & dispersal, ' etc.) for the purpose of ensuring student compliance with established guidelines, maintaining a safe and positive learning environment, and secure facility.
- Patrols school facilities (e.g. grounds, roads, buildings, adjacent areas, parking lots, etc.) for the purpose of providing visibility, maintaining security and deterring criminal activities.
- Provides traffic and parking control for the purpose of maintaining efficient traffic flow and use of parking lot/s.
- Conduct proper induction and training to all new and old employees, security and cleaners.
- Handle maintenance department & Support to administrator.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring all lifting equipment and appliance third party inspection and certification.
• Generate the various document control reports as required.
• Maintain the files and control logs as required.
• Ensuring permit to work procedure and other controlling measures are following at site.
• Maintains EHS rule and policy to prevent accidents.
• Report any accidents and incidents to EHS Executive & assistant manager.
• Accident investigation and follow up corrective action.
• Reports and records hazardous activities.
• Inspecting that the workplace is safe not only for staff and workers but for visitor as well.
• Conducts internal safety audits.
• Develop injury and incident prevention strategies.
• Manage risks and hazards in the work area.
• To ensure that PPE is available in store.
• Assists in activities of daily activities in the company.
• Ensure firefighting equipment is properly maintained and strategically positioned.
• Fire extinguishers location and inspection record.
• Give proper induction and training to all new and old workers in the work shop or site.

 Duties and Responsibilities:
• To ensure that the areas within his responsibility are kept hazard-free and conduct safety checks on work areas and equipment.
• Ensuring permit to work procedure and other controlling measures are following at site.
• Conduct safety drills with workplace staff and train workplace personnel to deal with any kind of emergency.
• Maintains HSE rule and policy as per Tata Motors Indian Guidelines to prevent accidents.
• Maintained all fire & safety equipment; such as extinguishers and hydrants, PPE’s etc.
• Ensure that semi-annual fire and safety training and all other specifically required training is provided for all employees.
• Maintaining safe working conditions by adhering to the company's standards and procedures.
• Give proper induction and training to all new workers.
• Assists in activities of daily activities in the company.
