Working in a highly competition atmosphere, managing a team of highly competitive Architects, Interior Designers, Graphic artists, Draftsmen and various Freelancers, meanwhile producing creative designs for reputed clients.
Responsible for several strategic management decisions including, starting Outsourcing Design House, introducing an ECO Product for the Interiors, Sustainable Exhibition stands and Interiors
• Responsible for the highly successful Strategical decision to open a Design House which Operates from India, so as to creatively make use of highly talented professionals for much feasible budget. Implemented this project from scratch, including the Office establishment, Licence Making, Personnel Recruitment and now running it from UAE successfully for 2 years.
• Efficiently utilizing the manpower available to meet deadlines while maintain high standards.
• Designed, developed and implemented a Creative workflow management system with work schedules, monitoring and analyzing the progress.
• Responsible in identifying required manpower, recruiting and training them for the department.
• Producing designs concepts for exhibition stands, Interiors, events, brands within tight deadlines and producing presentations. Responsible for monitoring working drawings and coordinate it with the workshop manager.
• Maintain a motivated and competent creative working studio. Was highly appreciated for maintaining high spirits among the team through effective counselling.

Working from a highly equipped Production facility helped to acquire first hand knowledge in production and exhibition designing with familiarity in functioning with graphic printing and CNC machines.
