• To assist in establishing quality systems in HR functions in the company.
• To compile proper job description for each position in consultation with
Operations Manager and HR Manager
• Actively work with the Location Managers to establish a positive employee
Relations climate within the division.
• Assist the Location Managers in any other aspects as required relating to HR functions.
• Answer telephone.
• Greet all individuals arriving at the office and assist with their needs.
• Make telephone calls to specified individuals as requested by the Human Resource Manager.
• Maintain accurate trace files and communicate daily traces to Human Resource Manager.
• Maintain filing procedures.
• Prepare and send faxes; receive and distribute faxes to appropriate personnel.
• Type correspondence, memos and reports as directed by HRM.
• Prepare monthly employee birthday list and distribute.
• Prepare and distribute in-house job postings.
• Coordinates newspaper ads for job openings.
• Greet job applicants and provide instructions on completing applications.
• Screen applicants.
• Route applications to respective Location managers/ Site Supervisors and departmental managers; assist in scheduling interview appointments.
• Coordinates with the Location Managers for client Approvals for employees cvs.
• Conduct reference checks as and when required.
• Coordinates staff requests for leaves from the locations and Head Office.
• Prepare and send correspondence on job offers to specified applicants.
• Assist in processing new hires and transfers by explaining instructions on completing all appropriate forms.
• To help HR Manager, implement standards as per ISO 9001:2008 and company’s standard of Health Safety and Environment.
Receive incoming goods under identification regarding material specification/Part no. /inspection status etc.
Issue of materials to related department.
Store and prevention of material and control from pilferage, obsolete and deterioration.
Maintenance of stock records, stores accounting etc.
Check for Damage/Shortage or make discrepancy report
To avoid excess inventory by selective control of inventory based on A.B.C. Analysis & used the method of FIFO & LIFO and management of inventory through computers.
Intimate latest stock position to the higher authorities for taking proper action etc
Overall I am well versed in material and all parts handling, inventory listing and taking latest stock position along with experience in storekeeping activities
Responsible for strategy planning to achieve targets
Explaining Banking Products and services
Prepare Competitive Quotation according to customer’s enquiries.
Prepare and Implement new scheme forchieving monthly target.
Responsible to check and verify all documents like passport, visa etc.
Developed-implemented marketing initiatives; built & strengthened with clients
Responsible for the proper follow up & feed back for the customer
: Dealing with all king of Import and Exports services and clearance (freight forwarder and customs broker) throughout kerala.
