First level support for Micros.
Receiving customer calls & rectifying the related issue.
Priorities, logging the case & providing solutions accordingly.
Follow up the cases, update & maintain good relation with customers etc.
Escalating to higher level support.
24/7 - 365 days support.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Determining requirement of personnel and advertising, short listing,
interviewing & recruiting personnel of all cadres for the Main Centre at Kannur and also its 28 odd franchisees.
Employee Performance - Assessment, Management and Motivation
Arranging and conducting HR Training and Development Programs.
Course counseling and career guidance of students
Co-coordinating with the Head of Department, Placement Division in organizing and conducting Campus Interviews.
Installation, configuration, Troubleshooting, Upgrading of DOS, Windows 98, NT, Office Software: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint.
