• Experienced in residential & commercial projects, finishing activities, surface and groundwater networks projects. Ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail. Monitored and mentor staff and liaised with a variety of stakeholders.
• Take responsibility for the coordination and development of key project and multi-discipline deliverables such as project execution plans/procedures, Designs, subcontractor scope of work, Design review, Study Reports, project trackers / list of project plans.
• Conduct periodic inspections to determine if civil / Mep work have been done in accordance with contract specification and client.
• Ensures that the project is delivered in the correct sequence, highlighting and managing risk if works are complete out of sequences.
• Act as the Day to Day contact & Communication with the client to maintained client satisfaction.
• Support the project & engineering manager in flagging project and technical risks, taking responsibility for related action and close out such.
• Coordinates the development of method statement, deliverable list, man-hour’s, CTRs & risk in support of both tender and project scope.
• Walk through Work spaces & analyzed working conditions to make suggestion for improvements for enhanced security allowed for an increase in employee understanding work safety.
