• Maintaining a Client Database, Maintaining accurate records
on properties & clients. All paperwork, documentation, contact
details and report.
• Providing accurate information in a clear, courteous and
professional manner
• Regular follow-up with the customers for payments.
• Collection of Payments from Client
• Maintaining payments records in Tally ERP and Excel sheet
(Book keeping).
• Identifying and reporting all customer complaints (concerns)
to the concerned departments.
• Reporting and completing all tasks assigned by the Team
Leaders to ensure maximum productivity.
• Preparing the database for Maintainance Bills and other
charges like IFMS.
• Attending walk in customers and generate leads.
• Follow up with customers for the leads.
