Currently working with Nutanix, supporting enterprise class storage and virtualization deployment for Private and Public cloud from November 2018.
Following are the functions that I currently handle at Nutanix, Bangalore.
•Working as a System Reliability Engineer supporting Acropolis OS. Providing voice and web-based support globally.
•Expertise in managing and deploying Nutanix solutions.
•Managing of multiple hypervisors like VMWare, KVM and Hyper V.
Joined as a vendor from Magna Infotech working at Microsoft IGTSC, Bangalore. Later, joined Microsoft as a permanent employee from June 2015.
Following are the functions that I handled at Microsoft IGTSC, Bangalore:
•Operations Team: Support Engineer for Microsoft Core - Enterprise Platforms Support. The Support Engineers provide Voice Based Technical Support and Web-based Technical Support for Microsoft - North Americas and EMEA - UK, including Global English Support.
•R & D: Research and documentation on latest and emerging technical issues.
•Product Knowledge Update: Upgrading and guiding the Co- Support Engineers on the processes of troubleshooting. On job assistance for new recruits to meet exceptional quality standards set by Microsoft.
