Lighting Automation company based in USA (on Nagarro’s payroll). Creating and updating various technical documents based on documents received in various formats, pdf layouts, schedules, CAD RCPs. Preparation of submittals and Databases, based on documents received, which are used while commissioning the lighting system on site. This company also deals in Shades, for shade submittals also we receive information in various formats. In delivering submittals/Project report and Databases for both lighting and shades we use AutoCAD and proprietary tools.
Technical Responsibilities
•Gathering information and understanding customer’s requirements.
•Verifying and making control Intent design.
•Creating BOM
•Creating and updating various technical documents based on client requirements.
•Transform business needs into logical system requirements
•Understanding the need of Client based on the electrical plans received and providing him the best solution.
•Providing the one-line drawing for the system proposed and then making the client understand the functionality.
•Handling the preconstruction process.
•Review of final documents to be shipped to the customer.
•Visiting Sites to see the progress of Engineers.
Team responsibilities
•Monitoring & reporting on standards & performance targets.
•Providing prompt and accurate information on individual performance.
•Mentoring and training junior and new staff.
•Involved in the recruitment of new staff.
•Working with the sales and marketing team to drive sales forward.
•Arranging & chairing weekly team meetings, focusing on targets & achievements.
•Ensuring all administrative and IT records are entered and updated correctly.
