Job Description or KRA
· Present and sell company enterprise products to current & potential clients through various channel partners, value added distributors, value added resellers and direct sales.
· Identify new Enterprise / Govt / SME / Corporate end users for QH Enterprise Products.
· Identify market and new sales opportunities.
· Educating the channel partners/VAR/VAD for enterprise products and giving them comfort in dealing with the customers.
· Encourage new channel resellers (CP, VAR, VAD) to stock & sell Quick Heal Range of product. Provide them product knowledge, assist them to resell their stock and monitor their performance time to time
· Meeting timely collection targets.
· Comply with company's credit policies, collect collaterals, and negotiate the best payment terms.
· Meeting quarterly revenue targets.
· Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
· Expand channel breadth for Enterprise Products with an objective of adding enterprise partners on a monthly basis
· Prepare various reports including activity, closings, follow-ups on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
· Submit timely report to Head Office to your line manager on daily basis and keep updated on competition information, pricing, promotions and events etc.
· Participate & organize time to time marketing and promotional events such as seminars, trade shows & road shows, exhibition events.
· Cold calling, preparing product presentations, maintaining sales funnels, follow ups, negotiations for order closures & timely collections.
· Sharing of market research findings with marketing, product development and R&D.
· Follow up of Direct Sales leads Market Intelligence
Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client.
Regular interaction with CXO for penetration of the product and services.
Determining a client's business requirements and whether the products being considered are
suitable.
Decide whether the software or hardware needs adapting to meet the client's needs.
Answering any technical questions the client might have.
Presenting your findings to a technical team to act on, and then to the client
Identify opportunities for new services and new industry verticals.
Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales effort.
Assist in determination of price of services.
Confer with potential customers regarding services needed and advise customers on services
available.
Using strong analytical skills to provide insights as well as recommendations for changes and convince
company decision makers of business benefits of the proposed solutions.
Exhibit high degree of pro-activeness in analysing customer behaviour using available data to
influence changes on approach of the sales effort.
Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and recordkeeping, and in
receiving and shipping operations.
Resolve customer complaints regarding service.
Represent company at trade association meetings to promote services.
