Job responsibilities as a Service Engineer
Servicing all kinds of electronics and electrical products.
Reporting day to day operations to the Service Manager.
Reporting quality related issues of products to the Quality Analyzer.
Job responsibilities as a Service Coordinator
Job Management, Notification creation, Processing, Job completion using Service APP.
Provide daily jobs to the Service Engineers. Maintain Customer focus every time and respond to the customers enquiries (e-mails & phone)
Products transfer to a specific location (saleable, non-salable, seconds & scrap)
Maintaining the three storage locations (service, second & scrap)
Making Service and Sales GRV (Goods Return Voucher) to customer in SAP.
Taking Daily reports of Goods Return, Replacement list, Locations and Transfer details from SAP/BI.
Making monthly service report details in MS office and send to the Service Manager.
Giving Sales GRV request to drivers and collect the Returns at the earliest.
Attending meetings in order to record minutes(MOM).
Job responsibilities as a Quality Analyzer
Reviewing and analyzing quality issue products (Kitchen appliances, Home appliances, Lighting devices, Personal care products) reported from the Service engineers and the market.
Reporting the quality issues and future updates to the production team or the factory.
Checking the DOA (Dead on Arrival) products and reported the reason to the production team or the factory.
Using and Maintaining service APP for tracking the quality issues.
Provide qualitative technical training to other departments.
Planning and developing innovative ideas.
The circuit is designed and simulating in software like Proteus and
Circuit wizard.
Writing embedded C programs for the 8-bit micro controllers like
PIC16F877A, ATMEGA 328, and AT89C51
Interfacing different input devices to micro controllers such sensors
(Temperature, humidity, pressure, gas) keypad, and switches and
Output devices such as LCD Displays, LEDs, 7-segment displays,
Speakers, buzzer and motor etc.
