• Familiar with AWS D1.1, ASME sections (II-V-VIII-IX), ASTM specifications, EURO-norm standards and AWS 5.X specifications.
• Preparing quality plan &ITP for any project.
• Prepare all required documentation for any project (welding procedures, fabrication procedures, NDT procedures…..)
• Reviewing material certificates (chemical analysis, mechanical tests) in accordance with the applicable standards.
• Checking the material traceability.
• Submitting and reviewing (WPS, PQR and WPQR) according to ASME IX, AWS D1.1 (SEC-3, 4).
• Dimension check for the fabricated products.
• Visual inspection of welds according to applicable code.
• Painting inspection according to the applicable code.
• Interpretation of RT films.
• Team member in ISO (9001:2000) review
• Team leader in ISO (9001:2008) certification
• Team member in ISO (9001:2008) surveillance
