Piping Inspector. Responsible for Inspect Piping work and supplier’s facilities to ensure work quality, meet the requirement of project specification, review procedures such as welding, construction installation, testing and safety to ensure it is properly enforced, Anticipate potential problems, take corrective actions, revision of drawings as actual installation and submit to design engineer, Ensured that installation works are completely done before inviting the client/consultant for inspection, Coordinate design and technical department for line obstruction occurred during the erection where revision of drawing is needed, Line checking, punch listing and clearing activities, prepares documents for necessary close out prior for submission to client, Witness test activities, line flushing, air drying, reinstatement and inspection of completed piping system prior for Pre-commissioning, Follow up and coordinate with painting, instrumentation and mechanical section for outstanding item raised during the punch listing.

-PREPARE QC DOCUMENT FOR RELEASE SPOOLS TO CLIENT
: - Supervise for daily workshop activity.
- Supervise for daily Preventive Maintenance Activity.
- Mechanical Spare parts control for all machines, who are there in Hi-Tech A.S PTE.LTD. atleast there are 400 production machines.
- Improve for High Performance Machine.
-Troubleshooting.
- Design fixture/jig, Redraw, Search/ order spare part to suppliers.
- Making monthly & yearly prev.maintenance plan.
- Moving machines to another place/ building, install new machines.
- Report to Service Head of Department ( Manager ).
My GPA is 2,7 from scale 4, I ever working for my campus as lecture assistant, my occupation as a instructor practicum in CNC/CAD-CAm Laboratory for 3priode(3years).
