Overall responsible for company operations. from Technical engineering, projects operations, administrations, contracts management. controls, technical performance, technical analysis, business development, projects biddings & negotiations, and projects performance and execution.

Responsible for the supervision and control of all construction
of projects. Maintain line management responsibility for all
functional activities associated with the execution of the
construction of projects with particular emphasis on
obtaining maximum job quality, safety, accurate cost control
and schedule compliance and contract administration including
bid & procrement process.
Responsible for implementation and management of all phases of
operations of a diversified construction organization. Develop and
implement policies and procedures as required and manage multi
disciplined staff of construction-oriented engineer.
To develop, review and administer all contracts that support the
services efficiently and according to the company procedures.
Develops database for ensuring that a pool of qualified contractors
are available to provide effective services all the time. Develops and
updates procedures for the supervision of contractors.

Responsible for all company's projects operations, . From technical clarification, mobilization, materials, equipment and manpower resources, planning, execution, safety and environment, interim accomplishment, performance analysis, monitoring, cost controls and technical guidance, down to project completion till handling over.

Responsible for company's operations. from administration, projects bidding, estimations, tender submission, negotiations, contract signing, projects executions ., technical supports, project performance analysis, , coordination with clients and projects managers, and reporting to stake holders.

Works as service support engineer for various companies with their technical requirements thru remote work scheme condition

Provide proper guidance to construction managers or engineers
in performance of their routine activities from HSE, site
execution, manpower & material, construction equipment and
related engineering and administrative works.

Provide shop drawings to projects whenever required.
Monitor if the issued drawing is properly implemented, structurally
and architecturally complies.
Evaluates the work progress according to the agreed upon schedules
and recommends appropriate actions.
