I had a career spanning 10 years working in one of the largest global bank operating in Brazil, Santander, who has recently signed an agreement with ADCB. During this period I developed vast experience working mainly with projects related to Customer Experience in our branches, Quality of Services offered and Corporate Communications with a focus on the training of agency staff to improve customer service.

Position: Project secondment: Senior Analyst
Responsibilities:
• After a successful stint in MIS I was seconded to join a team created to implement a major project related to the institutional model of Customer service (program focused on the quality of the customer experience with the products and services of the bank)
• This project took into account all the activities relating to the revision of training materials and training of about 14, 000 employees. Alongside the project work, I was responsible for managing the corporate
communications regarding the new implementations.
• We also organized the road shows that show casted the initiatives in all 9 regions the bank operated. This
included the creation of media and marketing materials for employees and customers, the official presentation of the project used by Vice President during launch events, controling the budget of the marketing activities of the project and communication plan for internal maintenance of the model after implementation in all
branches across Brazil (3550 branches)

Position: I worked two years in one of the Santander´s branch in direct contact with customers: firstly as Cashier and one year later as Customer Care Coordinator when I was responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of customer service, problem solving and product sales.
