- Develop and execute the operation project
- Responsible for project functions included but no limited to Project Management, Project Control Management, Engineering Management and properly staffed to meet the project goals
- Coordinate with regional and site management on status, significant trends and changes of approved projects
- Identify new sales leads and maintaining fruitful relationship with existing costumer
Job Description :
- Prepare project plans including strategy, budgets, and technical document for tenders.
- Collaborate with appropriate department to develop business cases for new Rig opportunities.
- Perform technical & financial GAP analysis of technical proposals versus tender or contractual document.
- Develop, review, evaluate and recommended improvements to equipment and practices.
- Ensure compliance with local, national and international standards and legislation
- Monitor project plans and performing routine inspection of operation schedule.
- Interact daily with the client to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in field.
- Review and approve quotation package and facilitate procurement of drilling Rig equipment
- Provide costumer and executive progress reporting as required
- Answer and clarify technical design questions from equipment manufacturers
- Coordinate, review and approve third party drilling Rig equipment designs.
Job Description :
- Implement drilling program and procedure according to company (client) plan
- Ensure adequacy of all supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with various department to manage work flow for Rig project
- Maintain and ensure efficiency in maintenance of all Rig equipment
- Perform regular inspection on drilling requirement
- Administer all drilling program and analyze of drilling operation (Rig Performance)

Office Management Trainee
- Receive training and perform duties in several departments such as logistic, procurement, maintenance, transport, finance, operation and IT.
- Observes experience workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures and standards required for performance of department duties.
Field Engineer Trainee
- Develop competency to perform operations and operate equipment as assigned and be accountable for jobs at end of training period.
- Learn basic Rig component and different roles of service companies.
- Learn drilling programs and drilling parameter for drilling operation.
- Assist with rig-up and rig-down of tool and equipment at the Rig site.
- Contribute to preparation of Rig report.
- Participate in post job debriefings.
