Price monitoring, market research and development of pricing policies
My research and analysis of the local market through press, Internet and current affairs monitoring has been instrumental to better pricing policies for the company, creating savings and extra revenue. It has also assisted with finding optimal partners to further develop new revenue streams and create new products.

Company incorporation services including legal and banking assistance
I have gained a good understanding of local company incorporation procedures, including opening bank accounts, company registration and other resources available to businesses after launch. After examining the local banking opportunities I have initiated a change of our company’s primary banking partner, and negotiated a significantly better deal with another bank. As a result the time spent opening bank accounts has been significantly decreased, giving our clients a better service while giving us better revenue in this area.

Market research and new product development
I have researched and analysed building materials sales in various regions of Ukraine, while considering a multitude of factors including region’s wealth and local competition. This gave me a great base for creating new products, their price positioning as well as developing advertising and sales strategies to ensure successful product launch to market and its future revenue.
As a result, the products I was responsible for have gained 20% more revenue each month, compared to previous year.

Creating special offers and advertising campaigns
I created special offers and advertising campaigns for which I created a library of promotional materials such as brochures and product samples, which raised customer awareness and eased the process of new product discovery and sales.

I was tasked with creating an advertising campaign to improve regional sales for the company. I created and launched a B2B loyalty scheme for dealers and a separate B2C campaign targeting end users. As a result of this campaign I have added 30% extra sales.
